Misdated text only in Remote Messages

Whenever I use Remote Messages, it puts a particular conversation at the top of the list, it thinks there is a text message from 12/24/2024 from this person. However, I have deleted the messages and on my iPhone there is no message from that date, it only appears in REmote Messages. I googled that date and iphone nothing really came up. Anything I could do to troubleshoot this?

    Just a guess, but perhaps that message from 2024 set a date on the conversation which has stuck even though you've deleted the offending message. @alex ?

    Sorry for the dumb question, I googled it, what do you mean 'set a date' on the conversation? I looked through timestamps and don't see anything like that.
